Jordan's office does not call or communicate unless he is attempting to collect a premium. They do not give accurate information. They will not call people back and often call just to say they will need to call back which of course does not happen.

Stephen and jordan are amazing!!! Over the phone Stephen was able to give me a qoute for auto insurance PLUS renters!!! Doubled my rates and I'm still saving money!!! When I came into the office they made my son and me feel welcome and like family!! While Jordan and I finished paperwork Stephen and the other lady who works there (can't remember her name) played with my son and it was fantastic!! Couldn't ask for a better group of people to handle my insurance!!! Definitely going to keep doing business with them!!
