10/10, I had a great experience as a first time home buyer. My back was up against the wall-- I initially chose a bank (U.S. Bank) as a mortgage lender simply because that's where my primary bank account was. The bank failed to make the closing date 3 consecutive times, it was 22 days past the original closing date. That's where Johnnys team stepped in--I believe he contacted the seller and said they'd bust a** on this (I doubt he used those words), started the lending process over from SCRATCH and he and the Movement team were done within 2 weeks. This was for a condo, which I understand can be a little more complicated than a single family home as their is also the HOA to communicate with. Last but not least, APR is .16% lower than the banks rate. I and the sellers agent both said the same thing, that we were impressed!
