The loan officer that I was working was very nice and helped me and my boyfriend tremenedously!! I had no idea what most of the papers they were sending over but Nathan was very quick to email me back and chat over the phone to explain the documents to me. He called us often when he would send over documents and explained to us what the papers were stating and made sure we understood them! Shout out to Nathan H!!

The John Z team with AmeriFirst was amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a new home. I don't normally do reviews, but this case is special. I was celebrating with my mom and sister after selling and receiving more than I expected to on the home I was living in, as well as celebrating the purchase of my new home, when I received an email that completely devastated me. The email I received squashed all hopes I had of getting into my new home and it looked like my daughter and I were going to be homeless in a couple of weeks. However, once I explained the situation to the John Z team, they sprung into action and figured out a way, all while keeping me calm throughout the process. A special thank you to Steve Kahn for listening to me when I was on the verge of tears. I am now writing this 5 star review (wish I could make it 10) from my new home office in my new home. Second finance/refinance with the John Z team and it came together perfectly. Tyler kept us involved and informed every step of the way, even making sure that the title company and notary had all the details squared away on the Friday before closing (It’s amazing how many lenders don’t pay attention to details like these).
