This State Farm office (John Sutton’s) in Elgin, IL is the most professional and efficient staff & office. They have always been very nice and helpful. Whenever I’ve had to submit a claim they helped me with it and I was reimbursed right away! Monica is my personal agent and she is THE BEST!! I love Monica. She’s helped me through many different situations when I’ve needed guidance whether it was for car insurance or renter’s insurance.
