EXCELLENT service from Mary to open a new business account. I received a prompt return phone call. We discussed all documents needed to set up the account when on the phone so that I was fully prepared, had a same day appointment and she professionally set us up that afternoon. Just opened several accounts here and I'm very excited to use their lobby (especially with their convenient hours)! Which sounds weird, but my old bank has been drive through only for months..and I am beyond tired of 20+ minute wait times at Landmark.. We received great service here at Tri City... I have been a TriCity bank customer for many years. Recently I had the help of two employees, Elyse and Monique at the 17100 W. Bluemound branch. They were professional and friendly. I recommend my friends and business associates to this branch quite often.

I've been dealing with Tri City for over 20 years now and have nothing but GREAT things to say about each and every employee there. The ladies are like girlfriends, always smiling, happy to see you, eager to help in every way, especially Linda, who's just a honey bunny. And then there's Justin in charge at the top, but down to earth with all of us. It's always been a pleasure to deal with them personally and professionally.

Starting with Liz and finishing with Mary Lee this is the place to do your banking. Liz, with her outstanding phone etiquette and her pleasant demeanor convinces you this is the place to bank. Mary Lee, her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Opening an account with her is done in short time but includes friendly banter without the stiff lipped attitude you find at other places. I left this place with a smile on my face knowing I am banking in the right place. Give these two valuable employees a raise.

I use Tri City for my business banking and they are fantastic to work with. The tellers are always super friendly and know me when I drive up. When I needed to apply for a PPP loan, Tri City helped me to quickly navigate the application process and get my loan in the first round, while friends of mine using other banks missed out.
