We were blessed to find John when we originally purchased our home, so naturally during the pandemic economy, we took advantage of the low rates to refi and shorten our term. John is the most pleasant professional to work with. He is patient and will explain the entire home buying process to you, which is a nightmare to begin with. I was so shocked that he not only remembered us 4 years later, but remembered details about our home and our original loan as well. We trusted John so much that, on our refi, we told him to take his time and let us know when he thought was a good time for us.
