Very poor costumer service! I stopped in this morning to get a letter notarized. The gentleman that waited on me acted like I was wasting his time (maybe because he actually had to get out of his chair to do his job). I payed and then he literally just tossed my change at me (and of course right back to his chair he went). I have been going here for years because it is very convenient and never had an issue till today. After the way I was treated today, I will just take my business elsewhere.

They didn't help us at all with our title transfer so we left there and went to another tag service and they took care of us immediately. I definitely do not recommend this agency.

The second I walked in the young man wouldn't even get up to help me, then the lady that did help was so rude, this business offers a lot of nice services but I won't be back. If they would treat their customers right they would make a ton of money, customer service is key and they lack this the most!!
