Best lender! Joe has worked with my immediate and extended family. There is a reason we stick with him. He will give you advice and help you get the very best rate possible. Joe is great at answering questions and making details easy to understand. We asked a lot of questions and he was patient. After running the numbers it will only take about ten months to make up the difference with our old loan thanks to the low closing costs. We closed on our refinance in about a month with a great new interest rate. We shaved hundreds off our minimum payment and will pay off the new mortgage at least a year earlier.

Go with Joe! He goes beyond getting us the best rates. He takes the time to analyze our long term goals so that he can put together the best options to not only get us the best deals at the time but also to forecast how that option may affect us in the future for other goals that we are trying to achieve. Costs are low and the service level that he offers is fantastic. He also did a great job at educating us on the different options available. He approaches your lending options more as an advisor then a one and done mortgage broker.

Joe is an awesome mortgage professional. He is very responsive and detail oriented. He leaves nothing to chance by making sure everything is taken care off up front. I was shopping around for home equity loans and called Joe because I was hoping to go with a local lender. First thing I noticed when I called was that Joe answered - it wasn’t some automated answering machine or secretary putting me on hold. Even though he doesn’t work with the loans I’m interested in, he was still super helpful and listened to my situation and gave me advice on what financing options would best suit my needs. He also told me to give him a call if I ever had any other questions down the road or needed referrals as I start getting into my home renovations. 5 stars doesn’t seem nearly enough stars for Joe. He was the absolute best. He was always available to answer questions, and was very patient with our questions. I can’t imaging going through the lending process without Joe. He took all the stress and uncertainty out of the process.
