As I was saying Joe maintained close contact with us even when there was no activity going on by calling us every Tuesday. He was patient when I was not. He expertly helped us through every step of the process, even preparing sample correspondence for us for the lender who was quite particular with their requests. He also critiqued, very gently that I had prepared for the lenders needs. I truly knew nothing about this process. Neither my husband nor I knew all the twists and turn of doing a reverse mortgage.
