Joe and his team at Loan Depot have been a God-send through the process of my home purchase! Being a personality who requires some hand-holding, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience, and organization. Not a single phone call or text went unaddressed, even weekends. Joe was thorough in finding what loan option that fits me best and explaining it thoroughly, including what to expect in the future, etc. The entire process was painless and smooth, an experience that is very contrasted by that of a couple of my colleagues’ who went the Wells Fargo and B of A routes for their mortgages.
