I needed a quick pre-approval on a Saturday to make an offer on a competitive home. My agent introduced me to Jody. We didn't end up winning that deal but a week or so later we had an offer accepted on a different home. Jody was always available and on point with our timeline and moving targets. He was able to get us to closing much faster than other parties lenders who ended up being the bottle neck in the simultaneous closing. I previously had a big box lender who apparently took the weekends off and I'm thankful for that because Jody kept his foot on the gas and got the deal through the finish line.
