As a first time homebuyer, I had a great experience working with JJ Mazzo and his team! Their online application was user friendly and the process didn't take long. They provided excellent customer service and were very responsive to my emails and calls.

JJ Mazzo Aaron Hardin and Jennifer Mikels of The Mazzo Group are the best mortgage company I have ever worked with. They have helped me on several transactions and they by far are the best at what they do. My last home loan was completed in 8 days including an appraisal! In addition to getting several loans from JJ – When I was selling a home and the buyers could not get a loan from a big bank. I had them contact JJ Mazzo and they got approved and funded. What an amazing experience working with the Mazzo group! I've bought 3 homes at this point and they have been the best lenders I've worked with, by far. Not only were they successfully on top of everything and closed my loan within the guaranteed 10 days, but they were also very personable and easy to work with. They answered all our questions along the way and consistently checked in with us to make sure there wasn't more they could do with us as we were searching for our home. I'd recommend them to everyone and would definitely want to use them again in the future should there be any need for their service. Extra bonus was we got such fun things from them in the mail all the time! Highly recommend!

Aaron and the rest of his team helped us during a stressful time to help work towards securing a loan on a home. Unlike another experience we had, the Mazzo group did great at collecting almost all of the information they needed from us up front which saved time. I was amazed how quickly they would respond, how well they communicated, and the great rates we were offered. It was transparent and timely. They are much faster than other processors helping people to avoid closing late. The online process was easy to use and upload the information securely. I would highly recommend them and appreciate their kindness!

JJ's team is AMAZING ! I'm not kidding. I'm very big with communication and his whole team that was assigned to my file communicated with me all the time. If I had questions that I needed answered, they were there within a few hours to answer any of my concerns. Working with Mazzo Group and CrossCountry Mortgage was a great experience, they kept us informed and took extra time to answer every question we had. They helped with our first home purchase, and again with our refinance (processes we were unfamiliar with) and they talked us through every step, including a weekly email to update our progress to finishing.
