My husband and I stopped by here on our honeymoon because we needed an oil change before we could get back home. They accommodated us same day, were very sweet, and got us in and out in 25 minutes. They really helped us get back on the road and enjoying our time together. Thanks!!!

Not a happy camper! Took our truck in for a routine oil change and asked them to check out a dash brake light that had come on. I received a call later that day informing us that the rear brake lines needed replacing. Fine. They also informed me that the exhaust system was rusted and detached (which I questioned because we would have heard the rumbling noise, had that been the case). They also informed us of a myriad of other issues and said that there was no point in doing all these major repairs because the truck wasn't worth the investment due to the wear and rust. I asked them to get the truck into safe condition to drive - and they assured me they would take care of the brake lines and the broken exhaust. We picked the car up after hours (after paying $300.00 with our card over the phone). The minute my husband turned the ignition - the loud rumble of a failed exhaust system was the first thing we noticed (which had not been there previously). My husband had to go to work right away - and pulled out. Minutes later, he called me to say he was in trouble. The muffler had fallen off the vehicle and was dragging on the highway. He pulled off and I had to stop to pick up wire so he could reattach it to drive. Two police cars pulled up behind us and my husband was unable to go to work. We drove the truck to another mechanic who stated that it looked as though the previous mechanic had grabbed onto and twisted the tail pipe - causing the break. He also claimed it was an easy fix to replace and weld the broken section of pipe. The other "issues" that were brought to our attention could be addressed for under $1,000 - much cheaper than buying another used truck. In talking with friends and neighbors about this incident - I was told repeatedly that Olson has a reputation of this type of business practice. If I were you - I would go elsewhere.

Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. About 200 miles later lug nuts were loose to the point where one wheel was nearly falling off. Never had this issue in 90,000+ miles and regular tire rotations. Manager suggested someone was trying to steal my wheels and loosened the lugs. What a crock! I just moved to the Sturgeon Bay area. Will look for a different shop for routine maintenance on my vehicles.

I had a dead battery before work yesterday and after a unsuccessful attempt to jump I called around looking for a mechanic that would make a house call... called Jim Olson and they sent a Jim Larson out right away and he helped jump me and then I went to the Express center to have my battery tested and it showed that it was very near its end...so they quickly got me a new one and I was on my way. If not for the help from Jim and Marcel I would have missed work and been out a lot more money.

These guys know what they’re doing! Super personable and easy to work with. Always quick and a nice waiting room. Very reasonably priced too!

We had a breakdown on the way home from Door County. We stopped in here, the manager said that they were booked solid but personally came out and did a quick visual inspection on the van. He was unable to diagnose the problem but the technician Elliot finished his car and had time so he took it for a test drive, put it on the rack and discovered seizing brake calipers. With a 200 mike return trip we could have had a catastrophic failure if we continued to drive it. We left it with them and they were able to get it worked on and finished in a very timely manner and got us home safely. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Customer service was above and beyond what they needed to do and the quality of work was excellent. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to have this shop do all my repair work. Thanks again for helping my family and I get home safe.

My husband and I were on vacation and had an issue with our vehicle which would prevent us from getting home. We called around and could not find anybody that could help. Fortunately Jim Olson Express said they could help us and finished the work in about an hour and we were on our way home. Awesome customer service and we trusted the work they did. Here for the weekend and they were able to get me quickly in on a fully booked Saturday to repair a leak in my tire! Very friendly, clean and great prices! Thank you!

Just stopped to get tired pressure checked. As the warning light was on. They found a nail in a tire. Repaired with a plug in under w0 minutes! 13.66. Great friendly service!

The work they do is top notch. Would have any work done on my car here. Very trustworthy.
