My family and I have been with Jim Hatcher - State Farm Insurance for over 30 years. Jim and his daughter Stephanie have been fabulous working with us over the years for all of our insurance needs. We highly recommend his office and the services offered by State Farm.

I've been with Jim, Gretchen and Stephanie for over 30 years and have used them for vehicle, home and rental property insurance, and they are fantastic. Their customer service is exceptional. It gives you such peace of mind to know you can reach an actual human being if you ever have a problem, and that the issue is going to get addressed quickly and professionally. State Farm has handled several claims for me over the years and they have always been a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.
