We approached jim for pre approval of a mortgage loan. Jim responded quickly with a link to an application. We uploaded all the documents as required and he promptly gave us the pre approval letter. We have gone thru the process to secure approval for a mortgage loan. There were lots documents to get and uploaded. The process we followed was in most part pretty easy to do. After all the documents have been uploaded, we got conditional approval in one day. In summary we are very happy with Jim and his team because they made the seemingly arduous and confusing process easy. They answered every question I had, helped me understand all of the processes involved in purchasing property far away from where you live (not even located within another state!), got everything set up quickly so that it fit into my busy schedule easily--they went above-and-beyond!
