I refinanced my home with Jesse and received stellar service. He was very direct (as I had requested) and also was fair and honest. I advised I was not in a rush to refinance but could quickly upload docs within an hour once the rate I was looking for was available. He shared that he would keep an eye out and was easy to work with. I prefer conducting my business online primarily, and he was very responsive to e-mails. With the large influx of Refi's due to rates being at all time lows, the underwriting process was a bit longer than usual, but it can be expected as banks are flooded with requests.
