Wow. Smith Kia is great, but this branch is amazing. They have always been ready to help me. They seem to have more availability in service appointments, The staff there is so friendly. The place was very clean and the bathrooms smell great, which isn't very common in a lot of automotive industry establishments. It kind of reminded me of the Lemay Museum? Vance was incredible. He's very personable and kind. We had a lot to talk about and he took interest in the things I had to say. You know the "sleazy car salesman" stereotype, Vance is none of that. He had great vibes, good energy, and was engaging. He talked to me about hiking, motorcycles(specifically ruckuses), music, puppies, and the Gambler 500. He's a pretty dang cool guy and it was exciting to see him light up talking about his family and his adventures. He made the process so much pre enjoyable. He took me seriously, he didn't make me feel like I was dumb, he even complemented my credit and the effort I've put into my financial success. I tried to trade my car once to Bellingham Smith Kia and it felt like they did not take me seriously for a second, but Vance took the time and energy to entertain me and talk to me like a real person and I'm glad I chose to try Smith Kia in Burlington. He redeemed J.Smith Kia.

We were fortunate enough to meet and work with Vance and our experience was 10/10! From the moment we started walking around the lot, Vance was helping me navigate through what exactly I need/want in a vehicle. After only a few minutes of walking the lot, we went inside to look at a particular car he had in mind that was located at another Kia dealership. The second he pulled up the car, I was sold. Vance intently listened to everything I said and quickly (and accurately) figured out what car best suited my needs. I had a good experience driving up from Seattle to buy a new electric vehicle. Joe was a pleasure to work with. After some quick and honest negotiations by phone we arrived at a good price, he made it a quick and easy from there and I was driving home in my new var a few hours later!

This was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had! Vance listened to what I needed to have in my new-to-me vehicle, and delivered EXACTLY what I had asked for. As a matter of fact, he took the time to check the inventory of the entire company and found me the same model with half of the miles of the one that I was originally looking at! Who does that? I am very disappointed with the service , my 2019 Kia Optima have a serious issue on the transmission which it is still under warraty, it shift slow and periodically miss shift and stalls at the intersection and reverse went out , it would not go into reverse. It would not upshift while going up hill. They said they could not get me in till March , meanwhile we have to drive the vehicle to work which i explained it can be very dangerous , still they insist i wait till March to get the vehicle in. They also said they don't have a loan vehicle to drive to and from work and they would not rent a vehicle or put me in a rental. I contacted Kia of Everett they said to bring it in and they will put it on a diagnostic to see the issue they also didn't have a loaner but they rented me a vehicle to drive to and from work while my vehicle is at the shop . They went out and beyond to take care of they're customers and very friendly and understand your situation. I have been a Kia owner since 2006 and a returning customer , i never ever been let down. I will never ever bring my or buy another Kia from Jerry Smith Kia or put my family and friends at risk .

I would highly recommend JSK..Ryan is amazing and so not pushy at all. We are happy...our first brand new car and Ryan and the finaciers made it possible! The man who did our paperwork was great too! We were there what felt like all day, but an all around wonderful experience!

Great Dealership. They have always treated me well when servicing my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid. Car wash included! If you're looking for someone who knows his vehicles, ask for Vance Kooy. The guy is an encyclopedia of automobile knowledge!

My driver side window became stuck in the down position this morning. It's still under warranty and I called the Burlington dealership to get my 2017 Kia in for service. The person who answered the phone said the first available appointment would be October 1st. So, I asked to speak to someone in management. She sent me over to Scott in the service department who just mimicked what the first person stated and wasn't willing to consider any other options to help get the window up prior to the October 1st scheduled service appointment. Update: Since speaking with Scott, who definitely should not be in a customer service position due to his snarky personality and lack of understanding how to provide solutions, Andy the Service Manager was in contact with us regarding the down window. He quickly assured us it was a top priority to at least get the window in the up position. Was able to take the car in this morning and have the window raised. Will go back to have the motor replaced once the ordered part arrives. Hats off to Andy in finding the time to get the car in as the priority it should have been when speaking with Scott. The customer service and follow up since has been excellent. Thank you, Andy!

We’ve been trying to buy a Hybrid Kia Sorento but they are marking the vehicle up about $7000. Above the MSRP, we even tried to do a dealer trade and the management at jerry smith Kia would not even respond to the management at the other Kia dealership, what a scam job. I would never buy a vehicle from jerry smith Kia due to there dishonesty.

Service center is a joke, didn't fix two recall issues they we're aware of multiple times and constantly refused to rotate our tires when we asked for it. Buy elsewhere, avoid at all cost.
This needs to be resolved! We treat recalls with highest priority and are happy to rotate tires! Please call Kevin, our service manager right away and he will get your vehicle recalls completed if there is a current remedy available.

We went in having a little bit of an idea about what we wanted when buying our car. Bob helped us out immensely and we got a good deal. Bob was such a nice and genuine salesperson. He's the kind of guy that you would enjoy getting paired up with randomly on the golf course.

I have both purchased and leased a car from Jerry Smith Kia and I can't recommend them enough! Each time the salesman was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. All of my questions were answered and I always left knowing I'd any issues came up I could go back and get the help. When my husband and I broke down over 250 miles from home during a holiday Jerry Smith helped us try and figure out what to do and who to talk to in order to get us a rental car. They touched based with us every step of the way and checked in after our trip to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. I can't recommend them enough!

Update: I think it's funny that after a few negative reviews they now have a whole bunch of fake reviews. Employees and their families left reviews, multiple people have the same last names and were all posted within 2 days. Let people read honest reviews about your company to decide if they wish to do business with you or not. Very disappointed. I called to get 2 recalls taken care off and the gal that helped asked if I had any issues with the vehicle other than the recalls. I let her know the driver window switch went out. She told me it was covered under warranty and they would check it out. She even asked how many miles my car had so i gave her the exact mileage and she advised it would be covered. I called the day before taking my car to be serviced and I spoke with a gentleman and told him that if it was not covered under warranty to not do anything because I didn't want to pay. He told me they would call before anything if there was going to be a charge. We went to pick up my car and they told me my window switch was out and charged me $70 for"diagnostic " when I already knew what was wrong and told them that was this issue. I told them I didn't want to pay that since one person told me the repair is covered and I specifically called to tell them not to do anything if not covered. I was offered 10% off my next service. I kindly declined and will just not take my car there again. Thankfully I had the money to pay, but what if I didn't? Way to put someone in a sticky situation. I learned my lesson and just won't do business with them any longer. Can't work with a company that doesn't do the right thing for their customers.

Browsed the lots inventory but ended up purchasing my Kia in Bellingham brand new March 2019. I have been getting my Kia serviced at this location regularly and there usually ends up being an electronic issue. This last time I took it in for service and inspection I had concerns of the lights staying on and my dashboard doing weird things. It appears they maybe started looking into the concerns mentioned then contacted us inquiring about the after market installations. I declined as I paid quite a bit in just labor for installation and clearly can’t get that back and would have to redo- just seemed pointless when I’ve gone back and forth numerous times to Kia and Mobile Music with technical issues. So I pick my vehicle up. I am in my car commuting at least 4 hours a day - when my seat did everything but recline- seriously annoying. Troubleshoot , OK but don’t leave it undone…. Glad for guy friends

My Kia Soul broke down and I called to make an appointment for it to be seen and the soonest they could get it in was 2 weeks out. I asked if I could bring it there to leave it until they looked at it because I had to tow it to them and they agreed that I could bring it there. Upon bringing my car there I was filling out the paperwork and I met their service Manager Andy and I explained my situation to him and that I didn’t have another car and I really needed it to be seen. Andy didn’t make any promises but said he would definitely try his best to get it looked at sooner than my appointment. I got a call 5 days later from Andy and he said he was able to get my car in and diagnose it. Although I didn’t end up having them fix it, it gave me the clarity I needed so I could move on from that car and not have to wait 2 weeks without a car. Thank you Andy for the great customer service.
