Excellent service here! The staff truly care, Carlos Got me into my Dream truck! Absolutely love it! He was super nice and patient and even stayed late to help me with my busy schedule! The rest of the staff here are super nice and understanding. They also have a lot of connections and information so no matter what you may want for your vehicle after you purchased it they can point you in the right direction.

I went to anacortes few days ago and saw my Dream Truck in Jerry Smith Chevrolet 🛻. I looked up they website. Set up an appointment to go look up. Staff was professional. Carlos was super friendly and I test the trucks everything was well. Went in the office few minutes then I was approve. I highly recommend they sale and easy to do Business with. I’ll recommend this dealership with family and friends.

I brought my 2019 Corvette in for an oil change last week. Both the Service Mgr Kurt and the technician Sean were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. They went above and beyond in proving excellent quality service to a very demanding customer. I greatly appreciate the way they treated both me and my car. I offered Sean a $20 tip which he graciously declined, stating that he was just doing his job. With employees like that, your dealership should do very well in the future.

I had a wonderful experience buying my car at this dealership. My sales rep Carlos Gutierrez made contact with me a few days before I went in and was very attentive to me and helped me narrow my focus down to a vehicle that would work in my situation and for my budget. Carlos and the team, including financing guru Marvin Hoyla, really worked miracles to get a deal in place for me. I was not the ideal car buyer to say the least, but they gave me a great deal on my trade in and really put together a deal for a beautiful car. I never felt pressured or rushed and came away with exactly the car I needed. Was really confused the whole time. Guy took off driving with my car to test drive it, assumed like usual I would be in the passenger seat when he test drove. He left me at his desk and took my car for half an hour. Came back and handed me my title out of my car, really creeped out as now I know he also went through my car and I keep personal documents in my glove box. Also pretty sure searching without a warrant is illegal. I also have a service dog, and people kept trying to talk to her and distract her the whole time. Had to ask people not to pet her several times and they'd still try and get her attention. It was very rude and stressful, especially since I have PTSD and the higher my stress, the worst the symptoms get. I'm very tempted to honestly file a report. I'm never coming back here again. To say I'm dissatisfied would be an understatement. That was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a dealership.

My mom bought a car from them knowing the Sales Consultant. knowing little to no English was looking around trusting this kid and happily found a vehicle. My mom pulled up on me with the new vehicle wanting to surprise us, my brother being a Sales Consultant at another dealership as well asked my mom to show him the paperwork. After looking at the paperwork come to find out this dealership gave my mom a 25.99 Interest rate, the vehicle only cost 10K now it cost 27K. I asked my mom how they presented the purchase order and she showed me, exactly like I thought, he showed my mother the paperwork folded so that the rates and finance charge would not show. This was my moms first time buying from a dealership, she did not know what most of what she was signing was. Knowing the person selling her the car she had more "peace of mind" hence why she didn't ask many questions, which was jackpot for them. These people are looking to make money over people, not make "DREAMS". If your planning on going to this dealership think twice or get Pre-approved somewhere else looks like the managers like uping the Rates, no proof, just an intuition. She would not have bought this car if she new what interest was. Plenty of chevy dealers out there be careful P.S: They kept promising her things and when she brought them up, sounded like no one was able to be found or had a solution lol SMH. (Disgusted thinking about this dealership)

Rey Mejia is the salesman to see when you go to this Jerry Smith location. Super friendly and down to earth guy. He took care of everything I needed and was very straight forward, not pushy at all. I was reluctant to finance a used car because of a past bad experience years ago at a different dealership, but he made it really quick and easy and gave me peace of mind throughout the process (great communicator and will answer any questions you have). He has followed up and continued to make sure all my car needs are met either through service or if I choose to trade or upgrade in the future. Can't recommend him enough, fantastic experience!

I came into Jerry Smith Chevrolet on the fly browsing for a snow vehicle and ran into sales rep Rey Mejia, who blew me away with his knowledge of vehicles, willingness to listen and work with his customer, and to go above and beyond. I didn't even know what I was looking for much less very much about what kind of specifications I would need, but Rey was able to help me narrow all that down with ease and professionalism. We weren't able to find a car on site that day but I left with solid understanding of what I needed in a vehicle and a very positive experience with Jerry Smith Chevrolet. Rey continues to follow-up with me to this day, unprompted, when a vehicles comes across his path that fits the description of what I am looking for.
