    I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience at a car dealership. Don’t bother looking around everywhere else, don’t doubt what they can do for you! Kenneth made the whole process worry free and was able to give me several options despite my less than ideal credit situation (thats putting it nicely). He was transparent throughout the process, and maintained a welcoming and stress free disposition. The whole team works as a well oiled machine, from the sales reps to the finance department to the service department.     We were traveling home to Minnesota from Branson and hit some debris on the highway. We were lucky enough to stumble into this awesome dealership. They were very busy, but made time to help us with our frustrating circumstance. Mark our advisor was courteous and made us feel at home.     Not particularly thrilled by this dealership. They did not do anything directly towards me, but it was very dirty inside and did not smell good. The salesmen were dressed very unprofessionally. The communication to me about my situation in buying a car was pretty poor as well. They still text me and email me about coming to buy a car after they told me they couldn’t help. I would certainly not recommend anyone to give them their information or purchase a car from here.

    I went and had applied to finance through them and it was just so uncomfortable. From sitting down and being spoken to like a child that didnt know the difference between a compact and mid sized vehicle to being told if i put more makeup and a shiny dress on id “make a lot more money” it was just an entirely unpleasant experience. If you are a single woman looking to buy a vehicle and be respected in the process do NOT come to this building.

    The service advisor didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. When I was explaining the issue he cut me off to tell me it was probably just a heat shield rattle and not a big deal. As previously stated I paid to have a rattle and trnasmission hesitation looked at and mentioned that I had seen that there were software issues with the CVT that could be causing the issue. The service advisor told me this is not a possibility, seems odd considering there are several service bulletins posted on several tech car site about it with the exact issues I’m having. I was told it was the catalytic converter, had replaced else where since your shop couldn’t do it, and this did not fix the issue! So besides the recall work being done I wasted money for a misdiagnosis

    I’ve been here in the past and didnt get approved I came back and my partner came and some how I got TJ. I still remember my experience with him and how he treated me just like he did before. TJ if you want to work for JD Byrider work for them! Stop trying to send me and everyone I send to this place there! I’m really starting to feel like our applications are not even getting processed! I might of got denied but why did you send my boyfriend to JD Byrider if he didn’t get denied? Someone need to internal investigate you!

    CWOT : Colossal Waste Of Time.. The salesman texted me, so I texted him my trade in and exactly what I was looking for along with my bad credit info. He said they had my van and could get the financing. The joke is: He didn't read my text. They had 2 minivans, no full size vans and did not have either of the options I specified. Neither had a roof rack. You could see that from the show room. And, neither had a class 2 hitch. They asked me if I could just buy them from UHaul and put them on later, so I pointed out that my text specified them and I had stuff on my roof and hitch, so, No, I can't just add them later. What a Waste!

    The owner was very rude to my parents that is not how you handle business. If you are looking for someone else don't ask customers questions about someone else they don't know. Be mindful and repectful. They went there looking to buy a new car not now or ever.

    So apparently one salesman was working with two people and I was one of the two and I sat there for literally over 45 minutes just looking at the wall well the salesman that was supposed to be helping me was helping another customer while other salesmen were outside smoking that could be helping me so after 45 minutes I just straight up left not worth my time

    Jesse Hardin helped me get the vehicle I needed. My Jeep was my everything, I adored her and she got me through so much. But Jesse helped me come to terms that she had served her purpose for me and put me in a nicer and newer vehicle. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I'm in love with my Toyota Camry. I was honestly skeptical about coming here but he made me feel comfortable and I don't feel like he pressured me into getting something I didn't want. I don't feel ripped off either.     I initially contacted them online and was quoted a price. Twice I was told the vehicle had the equipment I requested. When I drove the sixty miles to the dealership to test drive vehicle I was told that the vehicle they quoted me did not have the equipment I had asked for but they did have another one that had the equipment I wanted, and o8 course that one cost more money

We generally have many vehicles to choose from and just like the rest of the country we do feel the effects of the inventory shortage. The website does not always have all of the inventory, simply because sometimes the vehicles are sold before they are ever placed online or many other factors that can impact the online inventory displayed. We do our best to have the most accurate representation of our inventory online, but it always best to come to the dealership to view what we have available. He also did not use the tablet because he showed us our dirty cabin filter that was replaced. He spoke about our next appointment and when we need to come in.     I have been bringing my car to Jeremy Franklin since 2019 and have had thousands of dollars of work done here over the years. I never regret it because I am always impressed with the work and care for their customers. Everyone there is great, but I know for a fact that so much of my experience and confidence comes down to their service technician, Cal. His customer service is the best I have ever encountered at a mechanic. For one, he actually knows his stuff and is able to communicate it. He has been able to track with the history of my car, he and the other technicians are able to the root of any issue, and he treats me the way he would want to be treated.     Response: That is not true and absurd. You did not offer to facilitate that for me, and you said no. I just said before I purchase I'd like the car to be inspected and you said absolutely not, you don't do that. My 11 year old son was there and remembers the same story as me. Your response is laughable at best and are now trying to save face. You NEVER offered to arrange and facilitate that because I would have said yes. Lost a sale due to not letting my BMW Dealer Check out the $100,000 BMW they are selling. Likely would have bought the car otherwise. I went today to look at a $100,000 BMW X7 M and liked the car. While talking about next steps I told them I'd like to have it checked out by my BMW dealership since it had 30,000 miles on it. Sales manager Chris was adamant that they would not allow the car to be checked out by anyone else. He mentioned they checked it as his dealership, which is laughable because they are Mitsubishi mechanics. I wanted the car to be checked out by certified BMW mechanics. Well they lost a sale as I was a very interested buyer. When dealers don't let you get a used car inspected by a mechanic of your choice it means something is SHADY and they are trying to hide something. I would have happily left a large deposit and let them drive the car to the dealer if they wanted. Shady. Will not return. I will note that my sales person was very nice & polite and helpful during the test drive.

    Chris, this wasn't an issue of not allowing you to take the vehicle to have it inspected at a BMW dealership or by other mechanics. There are certain requirements that needed to be met before the insurance would allow this vehicle to leave the lot and we offered to arrange and facilitate that for you. However, you refused to accept those terms, so we could not allow you to take the car. There is nothing inappropriate about us setting the acceptable terms for this vehicle. We are sorry you feel that way, but we wish you the best in your vehicle search.

    Came in was told the vehicle I wanted was in transit, and I would be called as soon as it arrived. Never got a call, but looked at their website and seen it was there. Called and talked to Richard Spiller, was told I was there, and it would be held for our appointment, which was made for 2 days away. Mind you this was made at their convenience not mine! I would have gladly came in that day. So we arrived to our appointment on time! The vehicle had been sold! Never got a call, to tell me not to come in, or check their inventory for maybe another I wanted. Just straight lied to me, wasted time, my gas, and I took off work early to go to the appointment. Was only told we're sorry, we have more coming in 2 weeks. I want to know how they plan on making this right! But for some "strange" reason I have a feeling this won't be addressed, and just ignored. Just like my feelings, and the time of mine they wasted!

Richard did believe it was on the lot and unfortunately, that was not the case, but he had no way of knowing at that time. We know it doesn't make the situation better as the status can easily change within minutes and the website cannot keep up. We should have new inventory arriving in 7-10 days. We know that doesn't make the wasted trip any better and again we are incredibly sorry. We would be honored to still work with you and hope that we will get that opportunity.

    Traded in my Ford Fusion for a bigger family vehicle. The used Dodge Journey we picked out was beautiful and only had 62k miles on it. 2 weeks later a cylinder had to be replaced. Warranty now 6 months later it needs another cylinder replaced, fuel injector, and ignition coil. Working with warranty now to see what’s coved. Moral of the story be very careful on the used car you get from this dealership.

    Hello People I'm here right now at Jeremy Franklin, I have a credit score of over 700 plus, and the finance Guy told me that I have not enough credit worthiness, several banks denied me but the finance Guy came with some numbers on paper a car payment for 676 .00 with a 14% intereste rate MY TIME WAS TRULY WASTED,this is the kicker part I have a 2009 Es350 162k miles in good condition but I need a water pump , he came to me with a trade in value for 1000 bucks These people is nuts so please don't waste your time here.

    Not to happy with the service department been up twice now after purchase of car that at the time I was told they would fix the next Saturday and and they didn't and just now was told wrong part. The drive along is way out of the way from where I live and not even any compansation just a sorry for the bad luck. As one in the industrial service area my self I understand but also my company tries to make it right with the customer some how. I am not impressed.

Once we received the part to fix the issue, we failed to realize it was the wrong part. We did not catch the mistake until you arrived at the dealership for the second time. The correct part was ordered, but a different part was shipped. We do our best to avoid mistakes and sometimes, they still happen. We do recognize that you were inconvenienced by this error in shipping and you had to travel a long distance back to the dealership. We are truly sorry for the trouble and we were able to get a free oil change authorized for you for the inconvenience and it was offered to you that day. Again, we are truly sorry and will always do our best to make it right as soon as we can.

    Bad Dealership a lot of fraud scams. fraud texts stating placing a .10 down or making $300 a week week later $400 a week. Send texts and not knowing the person when the walk in even with proof of texts. Managements taking peoples identity and refusing to return their identity, Management screaming with anger or frustration against clients, is a treat most especially when they fraud and falsified client with text message. Management tried to get verbally hard physical against customers.

    They only care about selling you a vehicle. After they get you to buy your no longer important. I took my wife's new outlander in for service, and detail. This was a perk as the first 2 are free. I waited for almost 3 HR for them to change oil ,hand wash, and vacuum the vehicle. We were told it was a detail but was then explained that it was just a wash by the service department. After getting back into the vehicle I saw what appear to be soap stains on the sun roof. When I got home I look at the top of the vehicle. The photo explains the rest. After seeing the service I received on the wash .I then checked the vehicle for the check list I had received from the service department. It is a standard preventive maintenance checklist. The tires are not inflated to the pressure that was on the list. My coolant was low, so after I performed the checks I called the service manager. I was told that they could redo the process but no other concessions would be made. When I asked if they would allow us to use a loaner I was told that the loaner cars were for more important issues, such as changing a transmission. Imagine my response. I a costumer who had just bought a new vehicle that my concerns didn't reach the standard to loan out a vehicle to correct the mistakes made by them. That said it all. Don't buy here you'll regret it. The process is rushed and the moment they get your money you no longer matter. I understand that preventive maintenance is not a service that would require a loaner. However I took off work to bring it in for maintenance, that I did not receive. After realizing that it would need performed a second time is when I asked for a loaner for the day. As neither I or my wife have time to wait another 3 hours. Also the appointment was scheduled in advance. The time of the service wasn't the issue. The problem was the lack of professionalism. The service wasn't performed. Fluids were not topped off. Tires were not inflated. I'm not even sure the oil was changed. To top it all off the wash would have damaged the paint, had we not washed off the soap. There are plenty of other places to service my vehicle. Why would I take the chance of this happening again? I was told that your service manager would call me. That also did not happen. This wasn't the first problem we had with buying the vehicle. My wife and I were call several times over the car we traded in. We informed your sales people that the car title was with the lean holder. After trading in the car we were informed by the lean holder that the loan had not been paid. Then your sales people kept insisting that we had the title. As if we were lying. They had sold our trade in without paying off the lean. The entire experience is ridiculous. I will never buy from you again. I will tell everyone who will listen to stay as far away from your dealership as possible.

An oil change does not take three hours to complete but you may have had to wait due to others being in front of you. While we appreciate your frustration with not receiving a loaner vehicle, while we top off your fluids and inflate your tires, we know you understand that we have to reserve them for customers that have their vehicles in for in-depth repair that result in the temporary loss of use of their vehicle.     After spending an hour at the dealership I finally filled out paperwork for the one dime down fourvdays later I still had not heard the results of that from my salesman. I called and talked to the sales manager who told me I had been approved for a car I had not looked at or expressed interest in , with a $500-$1000 down payment not one dime down,!but 500 or $1000.?I convinced him to switch the financing over to a similarly priced vehicle that I liked and was told there was a problem with the car and they couldn’t get the part a week later they still are ignoring my texts I will never recommend or do business with Jeremy Franklin against

The lenders have the final say as to what they will lend on each individual and on a particular vehicle. Inventory shortages are happening all over the country right now, and it is not just vehicles it is also parts. We are working as quickly as we can to make sure every vehicle we do get in is ready for our customers and sometimes that means we wait for a part or service to be performed.     Came in for the $0 money down offer and was not approved. Told of I had a down payment of $1000 they could finance me. Came back with a 6000 dollar down payment and was still not approved. They tried to tell us that they were waiting on the banks both times. When they use that excuse it end up being no because when it's yes its fast and doesn't take 2 hours wait time

Not everyone qualifies for the $0 money down, but we are able to help many families each month with that offer. We can get you approved, but the lenders will require more of a commitment. To speculate how long it will take a lender to come back with approval is something that we at the dealership have no control over, but we do try to find the best possible solution for every individual situation and sometimes that takes a little bit of time.     I am editing to add that while I am happy with my purchase, getting a response from someone after purchasing the car is just about as easy as pulling teeth. I haven’t gotten my registration info yet and they only gave me a thirty day tag so I’ve been trying to find out if it’s been sent yet and nobody has gotten with me yet :/ it’s a bit of a bummer but I do understand things get busy.. We worked with J.A Long to get a new vehicle after ours failed us- he was easy going, helped us to select a few cars in our price range, let us check them all out and made the car buying process super simple and stress free.     What a disappointing car "not" buying experience. Had a 6:45pm appointment on 6/17/21. At about 7:15pm the sales rep came over and said it would be about 20 more minutes or so before they have an answer about my funding. At 7:45 the manager comes over and tells me that he can't get my paperwork to the bank in time but should have an answer around noon the next day. As of 3:30 the next day I had not received any communication regarding my financing. Not sure if they just didn't want to sell to me or if their commercials advertising "if you bring home $350 a week, you're approved" are greatly exaggerated. Went to a different dealership and was in a brand new car in about 3 hours so if they wanted to get a sale done they could have.
