I just got off the phone with a lady she never gave a name but was very impolite. My cards recently been declining and I wanted to know why and all this lady did was give me attitude and disrespect. If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. It’s simple. You’re only making your life harder as long with others. I don’t have the time to sit talking to disrespectful people. If one customer made you mad don’t take it out in the next. We are all different people. Each person should be a new beginning.

The Employees, here were very helpful with my request. I had to reissue debit card for my Dad who lives overseas and wasn’t able to be physically present.This could’ve been very an arduous process otherwise. Thank you 😊

I had a car loan at this branch the Chelmsford one and paid my loan on time in person with cash everytime. Then something happened and had a total loss of the car. so kept in contact with the branch to let them know what happened had how I could pay I had to lower my loan amount they said ok how much I would come pay 180 -200 my loan was 341. still by the due date maybe a lil past but still they knew what was going on. then get my savings statement to find out a payment was taken out that I had not authorized or knew about so I called and they said yes we took it for the payment of the car after I had just paid what I could in cash and then just paid the loan off in full right before just add it to the loan tell me point is what if I needed that savings I had, good to know they can just help themselves without your knowledge until its to late.

OPEN YOUR LOBBY! It takes 30+ minutes just to make a deposit because they won’t open the lobby and make everyone go drive up. Please have respect for my time.

Lobby is closed, expect to wait, wait, and wait. They have only one drive through lane and one ATM lane.

Waited on the phone for customer service for over an hour so I hung up and then I called a local branch and I waited and then I was told if I wanted to hang up they would call me back at the number I was on so I hung up and I never got a callback and my call concerns fraud so I’m going to call again today wish me luck. Other than that I have never had a problem with this bank it’s always been awesome

Literally the worst banking experience ive ever had if i could give it negative stars I would. I called the customer service line to temporarily increase my daily withdrawal amount which ive done countless times. I was told I cant because of a fruad ring that obviously doesent exist. So I have to waste my time and go sit at the drive thru and wait for who knows how long. The line is always around the street and Literally blocks traffic.

Worst bank experience ice ever dealt with ,notary was incompetent and the staff is undereducated & unprofessional. I usually never close accounts to just to keep a long history for my credit but I refuse to give this place a penny. Would give zero stars if I could.

Not a good bank! ATM outside broke and never dispensed my money. Took a WEEK to get it back. JDCU is an awful bank Ive left and im now part of a much better credit union.
