Jason is great. I was first recommended him by my realtor when purchasing a condo in Boston in 2015, and, little did I know, he'd be the most efficient / best rate when refinancing that same condo in 2021. Jason has consistently been a pleasure to work with, very timely responses to emails, great at communicating, and, generally, always there to help. Guarenteed Rate's website, after refinancing, or setting up your new mortgage, is also very user friendly and easy to navigate. I recommended my sister use Jason as well when purchasing her condo last month, and she was also very pleased with the professionalism and overall experience.
