I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service. They have completely messed up my entire policy, which included 2 vehicles and homeowners. The coverage I asked to have on my homeowners was NEVER added. They continuously sent my mail to the wrong address. I had to call THREE times to get the address correct with them! Then I had a pipe burst and I am out completely over $7000 because they couldn’t get the coverage correct on my policy. When I called to talk with them about it I was told another customers policy not my own. They don’t return phone calls. I have tried to get a phone call back for 3 days now and NOTHING! I would not recommend this horrible establishment. The actual agent is never in office and he doesn’t return phone calls either. No one at this office knows what they are doing. If you want to be charged way too much with no coverage when you ask for the fullest coverage and are very detailed on what you like and them not put it on your policy correct then go with them. Save yourself, your bank account and your sanity!

Ethan Anderson was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to me asking questions about State farm's policies made me feel very at ease with making my decision to choose State farm insurance thank you Ethan great job.

Ethan Anderson helped me through this process and was so awesome and friendly. When I couldn’t call, he communicated through email and text with me! Logan was FANTASTIC. Answered ALL my questions fast and upfront. I wasnt concerned starting a policy becuase i fwlt like he was very clear and understood my concerns and put them at ease. Logan did a great job and saved my family and I a lot of money. He even took the time to answer all of my dumb questions and made everything simple to understand. Also made it easy that he made small talk and was very relatable making the phone call stress free and enjoyable.

I have delt with a lot of insurance agents over the years, but Troy is hands down the best! He's kind and understanding. Unfortunately, I had a crying baby in the background at the time of my call, he didn't miss a beat and wasn't frustrated about it at all. To help me get my rates lower he suggested life ins to take care of my kids. He made me feel like I was dealing with family and that's an awesome feeling! Hey Jason, Troy needs a raise! 😊

Logan was amazing to work with. I live in another state and have a child in Michigan. So ligan reached out to me weekly to be sure I had all my questions answer and than reached out to my child. We were able to get everything setup. What a relief to have people like Logan helping you help your adult kids transition. I highly recommend them.

Logan Fields was able to take me from a car insurance plan that was limited liability minimum standard insurance, to a FULL COVERAGE plan for about $26 a month less than what I was paying. Saved me $312 a year. He was nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thanks dude
