I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Within the last 6 months I attempted to move my Homeowners policy to my new home and add Boat Insurance onto my policy. The homeowners insurance was never switched over as I was initially told by my previous agent. And after 1 week of being told we would hear back about adding insurance to my new boat, nothing was getting done. The agent I had been working with since I was 16 years old was no longer meeting expectations for my family and I. After tons of unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails, I decided to change Agents. We found Jason Bishop, who was able to resolve the Homeowners policy within an hour of us making contact and is in the process of getting everything finalized on the boat insurance. His sense of urgency and communication has been amazing. He has made the process absolutely seamless!

They are great! Jason and his team are very helpful. They keep in contact well and respond quickly! Not like most companies where you have to jump through hoops just to speak to someone. They always try to get you the best prices they can and value their customers.
