We reached out to Jared in early October to discuss options for selling our house and buying a new one in a better location for us. He responded right away and set up a meeting to come to our house to get more information from us about what we we’re looking for and explain his process to us. He went over everything we could have possibly needed to know to decide whether or not it was the right decision for us, and we ultimately decided to move forward. We spent the next few weeks getting the house staged and ready to go in the market and Jared was in contact with us everything step of the way! He helped us sort through the offers we received and negotiate the best deal possible for us, and was in constant communication with the buyer’s agent to ensure that we closed on time. Simultaneously, while all of this is going on, he was also helping us shop for a new home. We gave him a very particular list of what we wanted and didn’t want in the new house, and he showed us a handful of properties before we finally chose our new home! He advised us in detail about how our offer should be phrased and constructed to ensure that it was competitive, and that attention to detail is what got our offer accepted! Working with Jared over the past 6 months has been nothing short of incredible, and I would recommend him to anyone that I know that is in the market to either buy or sell their home.
