The James Warren Group has been amazing in providing me the tools to improve my credit and getting things removed. My score went up 20 points with one of the tools they recommended! I was very disappointed when we were told that my credit score was just not going to cut it for a home loan and the lender recommended this group. They have helped us immensely and have had great communication along the way and answered any and all questions I had. My credit has gone up and I can’t wait for it to keep going !

Theano, and Oscar at James Warren group have been amazing in helping repair my credit. Oscar sends updates twice a month and educational videos on the entire process so I can follow along. I needed help building my credit scores because my husband and I were ready to purchase a home but I had horrible credit history and scores thankfully, The James Warren Group was able to help me every step of the way. I was in the process of buying a home, however my credit score wasn’t up to par. James Warren Group number was given to me by my realtor. He advised me that they can help me get to a score where the VA will accept my application. My score was 597 and I needed to be in 620’s or better to get pre qualified for the VA home loan. So In November JWG took over and my credit score is now 671 and I got pre approved for $235k home. This was done within less than two months, they advised what to pay off and they sent letters to dispute old accounts that were hurting my credit scores. Thanks to Esteivi she was without question very knowledgeable and helpful, she always had the right answers and took care of me.
