Five Star Service and Experience! I wasn't sure where to start looking for a broker and found myself looking at reviews on google. I was skeptical of what I might find and if the reviews were inflated or if there was any validity to them. I stumbled across James A Thom - Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. The reviews seemed too good to be true and so I elected to reach out and spoke to James, in an effort to get a general feel for how he conducted business. During our initial conversation, the first impression of him was how calm and personable he was. In other words, he was not in a hurry to have me sign loan documents. He was articulate as he explained the process and conveyed, he would be upfront and tell me if the loan was in my best interest or not. I felt his sincerity and integrity through the phone and knew I wanted to work with him. I started the loan process and over the course of the next few weeks, James was there to talk me through every step, the different options, and answer my many questions. He always returned my calls or text messages in a timely manner. I never felt in the dark. As an added plus you also get to work with his efficient team. I worked in the customer service field for 26 years and know the importance of the relationship between you and your clients. James and his team are an elite class of professionals!! James and his team went above and beyond throughout our whole home buying process. We ended up putting an offer on a home before we had started the pre-committment application process, and his team scrambled to get it done on time so we could submit that with the offer.
