James & Maya have been so professional, efficient, and have given excellent customer service. Throughout this long purchasing period, James would often respond to last minute requests on weekends for approval letters in this sellers market. I really appreciated his strong work ethic as customer service in other industries unfortunately have been quite lacking during these times. James was very knowledgeable and their team processed our approval in a few days time. Even my realtor was impressed with their speed and efficiency. I am realtor who represented the seller in a real estate transaction. James and Maya were the mortgage lenders for the buyer. As a buyer's agent, I had not worked with their mortgage company before. Typically, the seller's agent does not have much communication with the buyer's lender. At least this has been my experience as a seller's agent thus far. I began this near 7 month journey with another mortgage lender. 5 weeks away from close my former mortgage lender had not locked in my interest rate, had not submitted my loan through underwriting, and went nearly 3 weeks without following up on questions I had. He became evasive, and put my home & earnest money in jeopardy to say the least. I had no choice, but to change lenders late into my deal. Before we went to James office, we were asking around- online, reviews, company profile and proximity to where we live. I made the phone call and did not regret it.
