We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with not only John, but all members of the James team! John was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, super helpful, and felt like a close friend by the end of the process! The entire staff was warm & welcoming to my husband, myself and our 1 year old son. Their playroom was an awesome treat for our son & special thanks to the very kind office lady who printed out a coloring picture of “dad’s new truck” for him to color while waiting! We can’t recommend this team of great people enough!

Mike Tucker sold me a Chevy Silverado and I came later towards closing time and stayed past closing time to make sure I was able to buy the truck. He is an amazing guy and a very respectable gentleman. Thank you very much for the truck!

Purchased a used Hyundai Sonata 2015 limited turbo and the salesman John Roney and the credit staff did an excellent job getting me into this very clean and well kept used car. I also had my challenger serviced while I was car shopping and the service department did and outstanding job. Will recommend and purchase here again. Excellent service!

Beware. Was communicating with a lady through email who said they'd honor a lower price for the next 24 hrs. Took off work early and drove an hour each way with intentions of buying the car. Arrived and the salesperson couldn't find the keys for a bit, because it ended up being in the shop with a dummy tire and a significant scratch that was never disclosed. On site sales person knowledgeable which got this a 2 star (was different than online person) but make sure to ask all the questions if you are driving any length to get here.

All the staff at James Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were fantastic. I reviewed the vehicle i purchased online then just showed up on the lot and looked around first. Robert saw me asked if I needed any help i told him i was just looking he told me to let him know when i needed assistance. When i was done browsing he was waiting and ready to assist he made the process super easy and i was in and out definitely will recommend the dealer and Robert to friends and family!

Worst experience ever. We drove 2 hours to buy a 2017 GMC Sierra and owned it for 36 hours and the transmission went out. They offered to tow it back to their shop and take full financial ownership for it. The next day, we get a call that if we want our truck back and fixed we need to pay $$$ (lots of it). The customer service was absolutely horrendous. This is the kind of quality cars they take pride in?? Absolutely disgusting. The people we spoke on the phone with were rude, acted like they were better than us, and just absolutely disgusting. I would NEVER recommend anyone I know to do business with this place. The worst experience ever.

Luke was fantastic!! I can’t express my gratitude for him! I went in and stayed what I’m looking for, how much I have for a down payment & what I wanted to spend a month. Great quick and FRIENDLY service! Luke even drove one of my vehicles back to my house because I didn’t think to have that covered! Definitely recommend anyone to go see Luke!

Look, this trip didn’t start off great. However, James Jeep worked a great deal for us. Our sales associate was Keyan Arnott and he worked some serious magic on this deal. Not at all pushy and 100% went above and beyond to get us into a new Wrangler. The GM took care of the issue we had at the beginning and treated us with nothing but respect. We get they have to make a living too and we left completely satisfied with our deal. We would happily give them our business again.

Dealer helped me get a loan from my bank. Said vehicle was cash only. After getting the loan and the hit on my credit. They let me drive 2 hours to the dealership for the appointment to purchase the vehicle. They then sold the vehicle right in front of me. Not for cash. That is very wrong. So dirty. Avoid this location. Don't be fooled.

Bought a used car here recently. The whole staff were very attentive and the salesman Mike Tucker in particular. He took the time to explain all the steps of the process. After giving him a brief ( and admittedly somewhat vague) description of what I was looking for he was able to narrow in down to a handful of cars that checked all the boxes I had in mind. Once I had selected a car, he took the time make sure all the peripheral issues were dealt with as well. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!
