Jake's Auto Center S Main St, Canyonville

Jake did repairs on my 2008 Prius and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. It’s been almost 6 months and vehicle is still working great. I recommend and will use Jakes for futures repairs.

Had a reservation to get my tires rotated and went into the office to ask a question. One of the larger men, yelled at me as if it was inconvenience to him. I ended up just leaving without any maintenance because it was incredibly humiliating. He was also extremely rude to another one of his employees. Undoubtedly disrespectful to that employee... I love supporting local businesses, but not this one.

This place may fix your car but they have terrible customer courtesy. Oh! And if you ever get stranded don't go to them they literally, take your vehicle. I believe it is against, the law but if they know you're not a local they play a good one on you. Not trust worthy they literally tell you give the title to your car. Never have we known any mechanic place say you don't have anywhere to take the car you won't remove it from my lot. Wow! Someone needs to check on these people.

My daughter just got great help from Jake's! She's driving back to college in Portland, got diverted because Grant's Pass is snowed in and as she got to Canyonville, her car warned her of low tire pressure. When she looked, she saw one tire had some shredded rubber and it seemed she'd need to buy and get a new tire mounted. She went to Jake's and instead of taking advantage of her, they observed that the 'shredding' was just some hubcap material and that all of her tires just needed more air. The got the tires filled for free and she was on her way! Very nice that they didnt take advantage of her.

Gf broke down driving from Seattle to San Diego. Jake could have taken advantage of the situation but he did honest work at a fair price and even kept our van for us for a week until we were able to return from San Diego. Thanks Jake. You da man.

Jake’s Auto Center is absolutely the best place to take your vehicle to be repaired. Wonderful management, wonderful staff, customer service is the best ever (these are men of integrity and honesty. The best prices in Douglas County. Very hard-working guys. After they assess what needs to be done they go out of their way to explain in detail the service needed on your vehicle. I’m very pleased with their work performance. Your Safety & satisfaction is important to them. I feel very safe having them work on my vehicle. Highly recommend Jake’s Auto Center to take care of any needs you have with your vehicle. Thank you guys you’re awesome, I appreciate the wonderful job you did on my vehicle.

They messed up bad. Put in the wrong rear end in my rig. I had a 3.73 dana 35 in the front and they put in a 4.11 dana 35 in the back. First, you don't mismatch and second they put it in wrong leaving it breaking spider gears all over. They just did a friend rear-end also and not even 2 months later she is have metal chunks drain out of her differential case. I called to ask for their help in the matter and they covered all of their lies and poor work and did not even offer to help. Horrible place! Can't trust them at all! They do horrible work!

They got me in within an hour. I was away from home and my truck was shaking bad. Even though they were busy he still checked it out and fixed the problem in no time. Very affordable. Thank you!

My car broke down on the way up I5. Harold diagnosed and fixed it, and I was back on my roadtrip in a little over two hours! My trusted mechanic back home had come to the same conclusion and price range. I appreciate that there was no making up problems or padding the bill.
