This company provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They move at a snails pace, they never answer the phone, and they do not return emails. Hopefully this county offers more options for title work. If so, please use a different one.

I have been trying to close on a sale for over 30 days now. Simple one acre lot and I have turned in the survey to Jackson. They continue to push the closing date back and fail to communicate with me on any changes. I have provided them with everything they requested very early on in this process and they are still dragging their feet. I would highly recommend hating someone else in town or go out of town to get anything done. This group is a joke to say the least.
