Aside from the insanely high prices, seriously you can buy tools cheaper at Home Depot, But they are absolute jerks, personality of 60 grit sandpaper dunked in used motor oil. I can only imagine how much they lowball people trying to pawn stuff, but based on the reviews my assumption is spot on! Anyone who gave this place 5 stars is either buddies with the owner or are too dumb to know better!

WHENEVER I NEED MONEY FOR HEROIN I ALWAYS STEAL SOMETHING FROM AN OLD PERSON AND BRING IT HERE. THEY DON’T CARE WHERE THE STUFF COMES FROM. THEY TELL ME WHAT TO STEAL AND I GO LIFT IT. THEY GIVE YOU MORE MONEY IF YOU GET WHAT THEY WANT!!!

Rude customer service and unbelievably high prices for items(twice what you would pay anywhere else, often higher price than buying it new somewhere else). Have had good experiences at other pawn shops, this one is a joke. Places like this perpetuate the stereotype of a dirty, con artist, rip off establishment known as a pawn shop. Go somewhere else and save your money and dignity.

During my first visit I offered three items for sale. I was satisfied with sale of one item and the other items they turned down. They were a bit abrupt, but were willing to discuss my items honestly. They were professional and to the point, which I love. They're not much for small talk, but things got done quickly and I left satisfied with the sale.

I love that they are selling gold and silver at spot value, picked up a 3 carat australian opal in a gorgeous vintage ornate gold setting for 80 bucks.

Went in with $1400 worth of gold offered me 600.. lol no way went to timeless treasures with that same gold an they gave me 1,180 dollars the same amount I had for at you pawnshop! Now I know where not to go to sell my gold...

They are over priced they offered me 10$ for two cameras i will never go there again

I have never brought in items here for cash so i cant place much comment on that. But i must say i found some amazing deals here!! I always considered pawn shops to be overly priced money makers. Im saying that 1. Cauee its true and 2. Some of you may feel the same now but be shocked later. I bought two items here ( a rug doctor and a treadmill) that were amazing prices and here they even help you lug it outside. So you may find high proceed things here depending what your looking for but you will find great amazing deals as well.

Very non personable staff. Barely got any time of day and they were pretty rude. Was told I'd get $30 for a $400 watch in outstanding condition. Not that I really wanted $50 for it, but they wouldn't even pawn it for $50. They even advertise that they buy watches. I've always heard negative things about this place and got my first hand experience. Although they do have a bunch of stuff, I wouldn't reccommend This place Unless you'd like to get ripped off or just really don't care.

Bad customer service from start to finish. Came in to pawn an item and started immediately saying we have so many of those and its not worth anything. But then making a horrible offer for about 1/6th of the items actually worth. Had to do the pawn given my situation unfortanately. Upon returning to the store I was ready to get my item back after coming up with the means to and driving a half hour in the snow was told I can only pay for my item back in cash and they had an attitude about it. So after traveling out again to find an atm somewhere came back and gave them they money and they never said a word to me nor offered any customer hospitality. I am given the impression they dont have people coming back for their stuff too often and when they do they frown upon it. Also giving you a horrible deal and evaluation of your item. It is not worth going to that pawn shop. I recommend any other place then this one. Odds are you are going to have a similar experience.
