Property taxes not paid from Escrow for OVER A YEAR! We purchased our first home in June 2016. Our Loan Officer, Jason was amazing to work with. The Underwriting process seemed slightly less cumbersome than I've heard from others' experiences through other companies, so in all, I was happy originally that we took a chance on a lesser-known home lending company (JGW is really known for their cash advance and personal loan business). But once we received a delinquent notice for our 2016 property taxes this Summer (in 2017), I was sure this must be a mistake as we had enrolled in an Escrow account. It was not a mistake... after several phone calls to JGW and the county treasurer office and follow-up emails asking to speak with a manager, I received a blanket response that the check for the taxes was mailed in July 2017. No apology, no explanation for the YEAR delinquency. A couple of phone calls later asking to speak with a manager to ensure that the fees were not debited from our Escrow account, I received a very dry voicemail that JGW covered the fees portion of the taxes and the explanation? A keying error when we purchased our home where the representative keyed 2017 as the first year payment was due. Again, no apology.... I am very disappointed with this company and I pray for the day that they sell our loan to a different company, or we refinance, whichever comes first!

Called this company for financial help and the customer service person asked a few questions about my case then transferred me to a" Complete Different Company "WoW! ! And thats how they treat people and do business??!! MessedUp company!!!

I couldn't have been happier; honest rates, honest costs, no hidden surprises and my loan officer treated me like family. She went above and beyond and closed my loan within 3 weeks time!! Best I've ever worked with and would not go anywhere else, thank you!!!

I just called for assistance I got transfer to two different departments. Then the last preson hung up on me.
