These guys should be the first and only place to contact for your home loan. We worked with Joy and she was GOD sent. I own a business and thought it would be difficult to prove Income and show enough to qualify for a loan. Through the process step by step, Joy was very patient with us and diligent to make it possible to get approved for our home. In the end we ended up closing a week and a half earlier and keys to large house on a 2 acre lot. Truly big Mahaloz to Joy and the team at Island Home Loans!
