    I have banked at Ireland Bank for over 19 years and was very surprised this time by the treatment of the young lady that did my business. Her attitude was that she really didn't want to help me. It was very clear that I could use help with moving the chair. At no time did she offer to help. Then she called someone over to train and never once explained what was going on. And then when I told several things she did wrong, she acted like who cares. Ireland Bank needs to do some customer service training.

    I have been trying to roll an IRA to Ireland for over a month. I have been repeatedly been blocked due to employees that refused to return calls to my financial advisor to employees in branch offices having absolutely no knowledge of how the process works. This is insane, I have been a customer for almost forty years. I am trying to transfer money to your bank and you refuse to help me in any way shape or form. You tell me it's my problem, do you not care about me as a customer?

    I have always had top notch customer service. All staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Even with recent construction, business has continued to function with no reduction in quality.

    Our experience here at the Ireland Bank in Malad was AWESOME!! We have to give a Huge Thank You to Bobby Anderson and David Owens! They went above and beyond to help us. They even took time after hours to make sure we were taken care of. We are a small business here in Malad and in our experiences we have found the Small Businesses get Over looked most of the time by the Bigger Banks but Not here. We were treated like Family- Friends not just another customer in the Bank. Thanks again for all your help. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

    I have mixed reviews for this branch. The staff out front (Bobby and Ginger) were very friendly and helpful. They took time and answered my questions and called back with answers. However, the person we interacted with (on two different occasions) in the back (Jerren) was TERRIBLE to work with. He is very condescending and refused to do something as simple as notarize a paper, simply because we are not members of the bank, and now NEVER will be, thanks to the service (or extreme lack of) that he provided. He refused to notarize for that reason only, and when I asked about it being a 'public service', he responded with "Well yes, it is a service, however I will not be providing it for YOU". I had called ahead to make sure this was a service the bank provided and whether or not I was required to be a member and to find out if there was a fee. I was told yes, this was a service they provided, member or not, and there was no fee. When I told him that was the information I had been given from another employee, he responded with: "You are more than welcome to ask around, or take it to your financial institution, but I will not be doing it for you". I have not been treated that poorly in a long time. I will not be going back for services of any kind.
