This is a bad pawn shop. The guy trys to low ball you on goods you try and sell. Been there 3 times with stereo equipment and been offered less or told were not valued. went to bargain pawn and had no problems. Shop and sell elsewhere!!!

So they have a sign on the door. Masks required. No exceptions. We will even sell you one for a dollar. Sure, that's fine. All the customers are wearing them. Except the employee, a woman at the cash register is not. So.....whats the point? She was then walking around without it, yelling at a coworker, who he did have one on. What is the point even? Making everyone wear it but the employee doesn't care enough about the customers to wear one. I left and doubt I will be back. Place has went way downhill since the new owners.

I bought my first gun from this shop and they completely scammed me. THE GUN DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. They sold me an assault rifle pistol last year for 500$ (I know, I should've known better) and to this day I'm still dumping money into it. They "acted" like they wanted to help me but at the end of the day I left there over 500$ deep and without a properly functioning firearm. They guaranteed that it functioned properly when they sold it to me. They like to take advantage of people who lack knowledge. They also have ridiculously high prices. They put on a really good front though, I almost was going to apply for a job there last summer. I'm glad I didn't. Since this situation, I have not stepped foot in their shop and I've warned everyone I know who shops there never to go there again. Terrible service, but hey, at least they're somewhat nice....

So i making this review after the new owner took over before this owner, it was a decent place never really had no issues that said why im writing this review i took a 14kt gold chain in to the store to get scrap price for well the new owner or person that works there took the chain away from me turned his back to test the chain at the counter behind him and not in front of me and tried to tell me the chain was not 14 kt its 10 and he would only give me about $40 for it well bad news crook i took it to another shop and it is indeed 14 kt gold i knew it was anyways i bought it a few years ago. Do not go here they are liars and scammers.

The items I was interested in were not priced, when I asked about them, all they could say is "I can look that up for you", but it took over 30 minutes. When I inquired about a gun that I had looked at 3 weeks prior, and asked why I wasn't called, a female employee said, "did you leave your phone number", I said yes, with you, then she said, let me check, but she never did. So, I am not used to being invisible, my money is green and I work hard for it. But, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not go here and waste your time or money. The best thing that can happen to this business is for it to close, because these employees don't care about the work, the business or the customers in the Radford Virginia area. I want ever go back there again and neither should you.

Ron and his family bought the pawn shop back, now hoping to see it get back to what it once was when they owned and ran it before. The last couple previous owners ran it in the ground. Glad to see it back in good hands.

Zero stars. Should be shut down like the rest of the rip off joints in Virginia.

Great prices on everything! They always negotiate the price down considerably and most employeed are so friendly! Jewelry, tools, shoes, purses, phones, game systems, t.v.s, coins, odds and ends as well and LAYAWAY also available if you need or want it!

The people there are rude and act like they have better things to do and they act as if the stuff you take is trash but let them take ownership and see the value skyrocket. Can buy brand new stuff for the prices they charge for very used equipment. Would give 0 stars if allowed!!!

Well I have used this place for a cple years and never had problem until today.i have alot of drywall tools and sometimes money doesnt come when expected so I bring an item in to pawn only to find out they wont take it anyhow and no reason why . I will never spend another dollar at this place it's their loss I will go elsewhere so if ya come to pawn something there I wouldnt they evidently dont give a damn about thier loyal customers ty for nothing
