If I could give 0 stars ⭐️ I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL NOR DO THEY SEEM TO WANT TO BE!!! Bitter women working at the teller!! Horrible “costumer service”!! You don’t feel welcomed coming in. The “policies” are ridiculous. I had been banking with this bank since I was 16 and now I’m moving banks! Very rude, makes you feel judged and incompetent! Never going back neither will my family! Woman on the phone was out of touch with how she spoke to me and decided to tell me to go else where after “transferring” me to a VOICEMAIL. Instead of helping me. They are not helpful and seem like they don’t want to deal with costumers and their concerns. And after I was sent to a voicemail I called back 5x and they ignored me! Ridiculous and very unprofessional to say the least!!!! 😡 not only did I feel belittled for needing my services met, but I felt DISRESPECTED. No one should feel that way especially in such a small community!!!! I banked here for most people do for the convenience of it being in our town and because it should be more personable being a smaller community unfortunately this was not the case !!! Poorly done IPAVA STATE BANK. Shame on you all. @Lewistown location. I CAN HONESTLY SAY IVE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT A FAST FOOD DRIVE THROUGH!!!!

I went in there today to cash a check by somebody who banks with them, they couldn’t cash it due to the persons funds not being available at that time which is totally ok! I don’t mind that. The person told us it may not be available until this evening. I’ll wait until tomorrow but the lady’s tone of voice was just very rude. I will not be going back to the lewistown location! I rather drive 20 minutes into Canton! If your going to be working as a bank teller, you should be friendly and nice to your customers. She had a rude facial expression and voice. I felt unwelcome in there and judged. She definitely needs to take a course on customer service! If I had an account with them, I would be closing it based off my experience there.

Horrible policies. Most of the people that work there I have been ok with but there is one lady who always has a rude tone of voice! The way she says things makes you feel judged and unwelcome. Good thing we have PNC bank as well. We only have this bank because we live here in town and there is no pnc near here. I do not recommend this bank.

Rude tellers. No action taken after complaint.

I get ignored by the loan officer, Steve, who can't return my phone calls after I've called multiple times to see about loan application! Will never bank here again!
