My wife and I have just had a terrible experience trying to get an abstract prepared and sent over to our attorney. We paid over the phone and checked in with them to make sure the process was complete. Their courier then proceeded to make obscene gestures and laugh at us as we drove away. Our closing will most likely have to be delayed because of this. As a follow up, we received a call from the president of the company apologizing for the situation and promising to look into the issue which was appreciated.
