Only downfall is locations are few. So I get charged for ATM withdrawal anytime I need cash and am not close enough to them. Customer service amazing candid and feels quaint and like family.

I have been banking with Iowa State Bank for 30 years. You will not be able to go anywhere else and get excellent service that bends over backwards to take care of the customer. You can always call and get a person without a menu and get questions and problems handled instantly!

This bank is understaffed and the staff treats customers like vermin. If there is a problem, they'll cite some policy that is so outrageous that it is obvious the employee made it up. This used to be a bank that cared about its customers, but management changes over the years have turned it into another bank that thinks customers are a liability.
