Absolutely, one of the worst banks. Rest assured they will do nothing to assist you. I have endured racial comments from drive-in staff along with just a simple inability to provide appropriate customer service.

I’ve been with Inwood ( the mother ship location) for 30 plus years. Wonderful professional staff. So grateful to my family owned Bank. Bravo to for never letting me down. I love my bank, BTW if you know Angel you’re a lucky person I miss her at our bank.

Customer service is excellent - beware of shills acting on behalf of competing banks. The typical issues of long waits and impersonal customer service just don't happen with this bank. I've been a customer for 20 years and several of my friends have held merchant accounts there for at least as long. Last year they were able to immediately respond and prevent funds from being stolen from my account by an identity thief who purchased my information stolen from a big box store - NO other bank would have been able to respond as quickly as they did...

I can not recommend Inwood Nationals bank enough! We used them for buying our first home and it was an effortless and easy process. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and all our questions were answered immediately. Buying a home while self employed is not suppose to be an easy process, they made it easy! Give them a chance!

Inwood bank is not a friendly bank at all. run 2.5 million through this bank a year. average balance 300,000. paid off 2.1 millon loan when they bought out last bank and i get the worse terms on a truck loan. run do not waste your time
