We closed with Investors Title Company on September 22, 2020 for our home refinancing. From the moment we arrived, you could tell that they were not prepared for us. And when we had questions, they did a very poor job of answering our questions. When we found sections of the documents that we weren't comfortable with, they said to just sign it and not worry about it. They were not very professional in my opinion. They also continued to spell our name incorrectly after we told them how to spell it. This is very important on refinance/mortgage documents! So when we went to pick up our check (we pulled out some money for home projects), they still had our name misspelled and the bank would not allow it to be deposited. They then ignored us when we reached out to have this fixed. I would not use this company as they are not professional and do not seem to care about the customer's needs.

Have dealt with them several times, for house purchase and refinances. Great service at a great price! Don't let your mortgage professional choose your title company, just go with ITC instead!

13 years ago I bought my house using Investors Title. The title insurance fee I paid them at the time should theoretically mean that Investors Title would deal with any problems that might come up regarding my title to the house. When I sold the house this year, a decades-old problem was found. Investors Title was asked by another title company to provide an indemnity letter. Investors Title did provide the letter, eventually, but only after a great deal of foot dragging and unresponsiveness, which ultimately delayed the closing by more than 2 weeks, during which time I was still paying interest on my mortgage. Obviously, this situation doesn't occur frequently, so I don't know whether this experience is common. But given my experience, I would not deal with them again and would advise others against doing so as well.

I had some unusual issues while getting my house ready to sell and everyone at Investor's Title helped me with every aspect and difficulty along the way! The other title company I used before made things harder. It's Investor's Title if I buy or sell again~thank you!

Very professional. My wife works here. She speaks about how well things are and how they take care of business. No messing around with getting the work done. We know that no place is perfect, but listening to her this one comes pretty close. They get it done. 👍🏽

As much as I realize there's a pandemic going on right now but I really don't like how they walk outside and drop off the paperwork and walked back inside and you literally have to call each time you have a question. If we're all wearing masks and social distancing I think they should have enough time to stand out with us and answer questions since we are trusting them with a lot of money. I also had a bad experience with moving in because of the title company. Because they did not pay the seller even though we pre-funded the money to make sure we got the keys right away, the seller did not get her money so she threatened to call the police on usunless we stopped moving in. We had to sit outside the house with the hourly movers and wait until the title company got around to paying the seller of the house. it was just an all-around very stressful day and bad experience.

We have used investors Title on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. They are always organized and knowledgable, and reasonably priced.

I closed on my house here and it was a great experience. The people were very professional and made my trip there memorable. The person helping us was very organized and had all our paperwork ready to sign. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly suggest using them.
