The WORST! Apparently this branch has no supervision so there for they are lazy, rude and disrespectful. Made an appointment with Michael at four and got there on time, the bank was totally empty with two people working with the sole purpose of doing NOTHING. I was told by Ameerah they are closing. Remind you the branch closes at 4:30. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. That branch is only going to get worse if they are allowed to treat customers that way.

I won the Investors bank raffle from the American Heart Association walk back in September 2017. Along with 2 totes, 2 caps, 2 mugs, I was also supposed to revive a $25 gift card. I've called Malik every week since winning and picking up my prize about the gift card and every week it's the same story I'm sending it out this week. Needless to say, it's January 8, 2018 and I have yet to receive said gift card. I wouldn't recommend doing business with a bank that can't honor a prize they were giving out. Why wasn't the gift card in the tote itself and why did I have to wait for It? I am assuming someone in the bank received my gift card as I never did. Malik was very nice the first few weeks I called however after a month or two or three polite and accommodating went out the window along with my gift card. Bad business practice Investors bank.
