This bank has the worst customer service ever. It's no wonder why they only have one branch. Customers beware do not do business with them! Especially that rude good for nothing Karen Jarquin & Natalia she shouldn't be in the banking business doesn't return clients calls delays in sending wire transfers. Its a circus show!

This is the "BEST" bank service I have ever had! No waiting in line, GREAT service, and a friendly atmosphere. Whenever I have a situation, I call Alejandro Fonseca, and I receive VIP attention. I would not change it for any other bank. Don't go with the rest, go with the BEST!

Out of terror, Ingrid Rivera's total ineffectiveness, we had to close the account of so many confusion that she generated, incredible the level of employees they have. I do not recommend it as a bank.

I have banked with IFB for 5 years. The service is excellent. My account officer is always one call/text/email away. I travel often, and if I ever need help unblocking my debit card, my call goes directly to Ivonne, the banking assistant and she takes care of it within minutes. It feels good knowing that someone is always there for me to solve my banking needs. I will choose quality service and loyalty over anything.
