I recently obtained a construction loan and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. They responded to all my questions quickly and the customer service I received was the best. It wasn’t just one person either, I’ve communicated with Julie, Janet, Kristin, and Morgan. Thank you!!

Had a problem/misunderstanding that was completely the banks fault. Employees were rude and completely unprofessional. The called my phone trying to go ahold of my mother and never identified themselves at all. In the process of closing my accounts now. It was completely ridiculous. I suggest going anywhere else.

Customer service experience via the phone was not excellent. I felt like I was annoying them by trying to get help with fraudulent activity on my account and they questioned if I had actually gone somewhere and forgot! Even though their fraudulent helpline had contacted me about the transactions. May be changing banks soon.

LOVE THIS BANK! Everyone who works here is very helpful. I love when I show up they have a smile and are ready to help me!

Been banking here for 15 years. Professional and friendly staff. Willing to work with customers when their down on their luck on small personal loans and have NO FEE accounts!!

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!! They are the rudest people, except for the girl that sits on the right when u walk in. I think her name is Brandi, i am unsure. She is super nice. I have been banking at this bank for 2 years and they have all of a sudden decided that they will not be cashing my paychecks, with no notice, due to a post date that has been overlooked for the last 2 YEARS!!!!!! I am beyond furious and now have 3 late bills due to their picking and choosing when they adhere to their "policies". And they won't be paying those late fees will they?? I received the worst customer service on the planet and was told they do not care. So if you are looking for a personable bank with good employees, and where you are not just a number, then do not bank here. Because you will just receive a run around and lies.

I have been with this bank way back when it was Vintage Bank. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Best bank ever. Period. The personal service, professionalism, and problem solving capabilities of this business are amazing!
