This was the worst title company we have ever dealt with. My husband and I decided to refinance our house and unfortunately for us our bank chose Integrity for the title. The week before we were supposed to close our banker tells us the title company said they found a federal tax lien against my husband. The lien was against his father and Integrity refused to listen to all the proof we gave them. They refused to go by my husbands social number our income tax information or our address. They wanted me to get information from IRS and it still wasn't enough for them. We had the IRS, our banker, and our county recorder trying to help to no avail. Integrity told us the only paper they would accept as proof after a week of fighting with them was a Non-attachment form from the IRS that would have taken upwards of 45 days. Thank God our banker said enough and switched the title company. We have closed on our refinance no thank to this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
