I first worked with Imad and Integrity Motors about 2013 when I finally bought my dream car - a white 89 BMW 635CSI. First BMW I could ever afford, and got it from a Central Valley guy. Boy did that car need work! Imad was the first "BMW guy" I ever met, and the best I've ever found. I live in Portland now, and actually send any cars bought locally down to Integrity to make sure they're done right. Not cheap for my 80's and 90's babies to take the trip, but Imad and crew are the best. Usually I let Imad know what I'm looking for, and he'll find me a great CA example. I trust and appreciate the work done here, always a great experience.

You know the old joke... a girl walks into a mechanic's shop, and suddenly her bank account goes missing. This was not the case, probably for the first time in my life. My check engine light in my Mini Cooper has been on for about a year. No mechanic seemed to be able to come up with the correct solution, despite several costly attempts to get it to stay off. After dealing with a fast talking Berkeley shop and getting an estimate of $4,100 for a problem they said may or may not but probably existed, my guy recommended Integrity Motors. It was a bit of a hike, but when i got there, the shop was immaculate, the crew was busy but polite, and Imad got my car in for a look immediately. I was given an estimate of less than $500, and he said he could get right on it. I went to get a coffee and when i got back, the check engine light was off and the car was humming! I kept my fingers crossed, and left...weeks later the check engine light is still off and the car is still purring. I will make the drive from Boulder Creek to San Mateo from now on whenever i have a problem with my little zoomer, and for regular maintenance. It's no minor miracle to find someone who treats women, their vehicles, and their bank accounts with respect, and i feel completely comforted knowing that my car is in the hands of a skilled professional who knows exactly what he's doing! I will recommend this shop to everyone.

After searching and searching I could not find the right car (BMW Z3 M Roadster) for the right price in North East area. This eventually led me to buying the car remotely for the first time. One phone conversation with INTEGRITY MOTORS and the deal was done. Transaction went as smooth as butter and had the car at my front door in less than a week. Vehicle was as described and 3 months later still couldn’t be happier. Totally recommend them!

I bought my car from Integrity Motors back in 2017, and despite feeling totally wonderful at that I moment I decided to wait a few years to see how it held up before writing a review. It is now four years later and I am still totally impressed & in love with my vehicle. I have had zero unexpected repairs and my car is running beautifully!! Imad was a pleasure to work with, takes pride in his business and treated me with the utmost respect. I felt overjoyed the day I pulled off the lot, and still do every time I get to drive my car. The name is fitting. I purchased my car from this dealer and couldn't be happier. The key difference here is I was spoken to respectfully but also, and more important, this dealer is trustworthy. There was a problem found "after" (a very rare issue - not mechanical) I purchased the car and they offered to fix the problem (at their cost and probably took any of the profit). They reached out to me on numerous occasions to check in + went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision (to stick with the car after the problem). In the next year, we'll be turning in a lease and calling Integrity to help us find the BMW we want. Very happy customer with purchase, but also left feeling good about this car dealer experience (how often does that happen!). Trustworthy. Honest. Knowledgeable.
