Victor and his amazing team were able to get my mothers refinance done after another company told her it wasn’t possible, and turned her away. Vic, Kim & Frederick went out of their way to make sure my mother was at ease and reassured her they would get it done for her. They have amazing communication skills, and dedication. Our loan officer Rob Dahlager truly made our loan process completely effortless!!! We had just recently been through a bad experience with another loan company. I expressed my concerns with Rob Dahlager and I said I need this to go smoothly, because the last loan company dropped the ball on a clerical error that had to do with my proof of income. Rob drove from Denver to meet with us and literally walked us through everything and even helped us track down certain major items that underwriting would need. I mean we’re talking a lot of needed paperwork that would in most cases stress the client right out! Rob made that stress nonexistent! Worked with William on my refinance last month. William was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He understood that I was seeking multiple quotes from different vendors to find the lowest rate. He not only matched the best rate I was able to find but beat it. He helped us understand every step of the process and got us a killer deal on both the rate (2.25%) and the lowest cost of fees of any of the lenders I spoke with (over 9 different quotes from different vendors). I have used Integrity First Financial 3 times now for VA loans. First was a refi, the next a new home loan and the last another refi. They have always been a pleasure to work with and I feel fairly priced for their services. Never had I had any issues when using them they are very professional. Their rates are competitive and any loan I'd fine slightly lower had significantly higher APR/fees. I would absolutely recommend using Integrity First Financial to my friends.

This is the second time we've refinanced with Integrity First Financial and I'll first contact them if we decide to do it again. They got me the rate I wanted, the amounts at settlement were exactly what they said they would be when they gave me estimates, and the staff is great at communication (I prefer email and it wasn't a problem). If you're going to refinance, please give them the opportunity to earn your business.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely zero integrity. Brandon was managing a home loan for me and the day I was supposed to close he went absolutely MIA. Couldn’t get ahold of him, still needed stuff from him. Finally I got a call from someone else at “integrity” first and they told me my loan wasn’t approved because they didn’t believe I was going to live in the home…so I was left homeless because they didn’t believe. Went to a new lender they got me approved and I was still able to close but had to bring extra money to closing. Brandon confessed that he did illegal things to try and close my deal when I didn’t need him to. I made plenty of money and have great credit. He lied about not being able to do an FHA as well as my next lender did FHA no problem. Absolutely zero integrity at this place.
