Integrity Bank & Trust Village Ridge Pt, Monument

It is nice to be known in our bank. When we walk in or drive up they often address me by name and ask about my kids. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. If they cannot give me an answer right away I will get a call or email later the same day with the answer.

Don’t even attempt this branch. Honestly I save more time going to the opposite end of town to a different branch than trying to deal with anyone here. The manager is non existent and trying to get anything done takes way too long. It’s like it’s their goal to avoid customers.

We have been with Integrity Bank & Trust for 8 years now and I have to say, it has been the best experience for my wife and I. Everyone at every branch is so nice. When we go in to bank, it is like going to see friends. It is nice to trust your bank!

It has been such a pleasure having my personal and business accounts with Integrity Bank and Trust for 12 years. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They always recognize me and my staff and actually call me if there is any problem with my accounts. I've never had such a great experience with any other banks.

Integrity Bank and Trust in Colorado Springs is TERRIBLE! Stay away from these folks? Intergrity in their name is an Oxymoron. Brad and his Dad are the worst.

Building our first house and the team at Integrity Bank in Monument has been amazing! Professional, amazing customer service is the first thing that comes to mind about our experience with this bank! It seems like great customer service is a thing of the past, but not at Integrity Bank. When they call you by first name and check in with you, that is exceptional service. When they told us anyone on their team would be willing to help us, they meant it. They work as a cohesive team. The name of the bank speaks for itself, INTEGRITY! Thanks for all the help and continuation of service.

Just a solid place to do business. I had the pleasure of working with Brett Wyss and can't say enough about how easy he made my process. He was extremely professional and experienced with my best interests in mind. He communicated very well and made himself available even when he was away form his office. As my business grows I look forward to coming back to Integrity to see what else they can handle for me. In a world where customer service is failing, these guys uphold their name. Integrity through and through.

Full disclosure, I have a relative who now works for Integrity, but even before this we have always had excellent experiences. Being a satisfied customer made me think it would be a great place to work. My kids have all started their banking experience with Integrity as they each got their first jobs and it has been great for them to learn as they go. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. My experience has always been at the Monument branch but my husband has used their other branches and always had great service as well. He has called with urgent requests and they have always been handled with the best customer service. Love the team at the Monument Branch!
