I've had my business accounts with Integrity for over 15 years. What a great bank! I understand that the banking industry has gone through lots of changes in the last 10 years. Integrity Bank and Trust has worked hard to stay up to date with their services and products. Having a reliable and trustful bank is the most important part of my business. Integrity has ALWAYS been there for me. A lot of services have to come together to make banking work smoothly and this bank works hard to ensure that they do. I have never spoken to a staff member who was less than friendly and responsive. Good job Integrity Bank and Trust!!

Changed my review. After banking with them for a long time they changed. especially the manager at the research and powers location. I had my truck broken into and my phone and debit card stolen. They used my phone to change the pin and drained my account. The manager acted like I was a criminal and did not help me at all she was refusing to help me get my money back. I even had a police report and video proof of what happened. Eventually I got my money refunded but I had to perform a circus act jumping through hoops and even had a couple teeth pulled the manager is selfish and has no care in the world for anyone except her self. My original posting was awesome, but it was based on the staff that actually works there. They are great. But the 'leader' or manager is a joke. Warning keep your money in a different establishment. ****Updated review.**** I had a bad couple experiences but lately things have changed. The employment has helped me out quite a bit. Pretty straight forward and honest people. Happy I bank with Integrity because they really do put the customer first and try to help in any way they can.

Integrity Bank and Trust came through and saved my business, no thanks to my actual bank. I bank with a much larger, corporate bank, and because I am a small business, help with the PPP Loan did not matter to them. After months and months of fighting with my bank and getting to the point of being scared and stressed, I called Integrity, and in 3 days literally they have me funded, not just approved, but money in hand. They made me feel like they cared about myself and my business. I plan on opening an account there and moving everything over to them. If you want to feel like more than a number or an account, please consider Integrity.

Every person has always been nice and professional from the bank tellers, mortgage lenders and financial planners. With any issues that come up I have worked with the manager Joshua and he always gets an answer and helps out. Strongly recommend them as a bank to work with!

Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. My business has always been done promptly and carefully. They accommodate my every need at the time I need it. It is conveniently placed in my neighborhood so I don't have to travel want distance. We like doing business here. They care.
