Really bad experience. In contrary to the RE contract, they were trying to charge me as the buyer a closing fee although contract was saying seller is paying for title related charges. Upon complaint, they said, they are not part of the contract and therefore they are not bound by it. Upon intervention of my realtor they took it off. However, worst experience.

The first deal I had with Lisa Vitale & ITA was a difficult short sale purchase a few years ago. It almost died a few times due to the sellers agent not having any knowledge.
