Updated April 3rd, 2018 - I am editing my review as the owner did personally fix the issue a couple days after the incident happened. He was not there when the incident happened; however, he promptly apologized and fixed the matter. Due to his professionalism and the fact that he reached out to me I will give him 5 stars. It's always great to know that customers are valued and he proved this with his actions. I apologize for forgetting about this review as the bad review could've been removed much sooner.

After their review it was determined that we will still maintain our A+ rating. We are a single store business that has been in operation since 1992 and good customer satisfaction is a priority for us. I guess due to Covid they haven't had any business. It's a family owned place that I believe makes the bulk of their money through the title pawn next door. They didn't have much. A few small tvs, jewelry, lots of construction/landscaping equipment and some cameras. Check out my pic and video for more insight.
